When struggling architectural student Kyle Griffin lands a job at an affluent architectural firm, he hopes his financial worries are over. His new boss Barbara Weldon and her husband are the owners of the firm and Kyle realizes that in order to keep his job there are the people to impress. However, Barbara has other things in mind and slowly Kyle finds himself pulled into a secret affair with her. As Kyle spends more time with Barbara, he realizes that she has dark secrets. And when local detectives Liz Avery and Jack Moiser (Ice-T) find a dead body and clues that point to Barbara Weldon, Kyle and Barbara become primary suspects. Caught in a web of murder and betrayal, Kyle must struggle to save himself from the powerful couple and the police, before he takes the fall for the crime.
